ABOUT YOUR TUTOR
Rebecca Crabtree is an experienced design professional, a creative director and business owner. Rebecca has worked with many artists and illustrators over the years and has gathered experience in art editing, portfolios and contracts. She knows what works and what doesn’t. She established her company, Wild Apple Design in 2003. With nearly two decades of design publishing experience she has commissioned illustration of every sort. She was also the founder and a director of the Pickled Ink Artist Agency based in London. Rebecca has business development experience along with quality driven work ethics. Her project and team management skills started by spending six years at Oxford University Press and two years at a magazine company, which followed a degree in Graphic Information Design from Falmouth College of Arts. Rebecca has a great eye for colour and typography, plus a passion for creating lovely, accessible designs – whether that’s print or screen based.
