We offered free, 30-minute one-to-one session to artists, designers and makers in Dorset.

    What Next? Dorset

    Part of the National What Next? movement, this is a space to share, debate and take action on issues facing the local and national culture sector. It’s open to everyone working in and connected to the creative and culture sector in Dorset. We’re currently holding weekly meeting on Zoom, every Thursday at 2pm for one hour.     ✨Dorset Artists’ Emergency Fund✨ (currently closed to new applicants)

    b-side brought together a host of Dorset arts organisations and artists, including the Arts Development Company, to launch a Crowdfunder campaign to raise money to meet urgent short-term financial needs.
    The fund was for all Dorset -based artists, including those in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

    Arts at Home

    Like arts organisations across the world, we have had to cut some of our arts projects short. Our participants have missed out on exciting, creative activities, and so we’ve reassigned the money to five Dorset artists and arts organisations that will be creating free activities people can enjoy at home.
