The majority of our work concentrated on providing information, diagnostic and guidance in a workshop format. We also provided direct 1-2-1 support to artists and head of enterprises.

We supported in total 99 mentees, between 4 team members for 3 years, totalling 325.33 hours. Mentoring took up a lot of time to support a limited number of people. On average, for each session we spent 2 hours with a client. This did not include travelling time to a meeting place all corner of Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
