Samantha joined the Early Careers Network Programme with a 1st class degree in textiles and an aspiration to increase her confidence to build her own ethical textile social enterprise.

Samantha participated in The Early Careers Network Programme, which compromises of business skills development, marketing and self-promotion, managing money – budgets, tax, evaluation, impact and diversity, leadership and presentation skills. Through discussions and presentation opportunities, the programme helps creators like Sammy to develop her confidence pitching in front of others, as well as the chance to plan the next step forward for her work.
Samantha has greatly increased in confidence, her connections and networks. She is producing more work and seeking ongoing mentoring support to help progress her social enterprise aspirations.
