Sammy had been an intern with Activate Performing Arts and progressed onto permanent employment with the company in addition to developing her freelance dance artist portfolio. She wanted to develop her confidence and leadership skills.

Sammy participated in The Early Careers Network Programme comprising business skills development, marketing and self-promotion, managing money – budgets, tax, evaluation, impact and diversity, leadership and presentation skills.

I feel a greater connection in the sector and have increased knowledge and skills.
