Job Overview

This is an exciting new role at the Arts Development Company. The successful candidate will be part of the senior management team and will support the CEO to:

  • Lead the company to become more financially sustainable
  • Diversify its income base
  • Increasing income from trading
  • Develop new beneficial partnerships with business, health, wellbeing and care providers.

As a critical member of the senior management team, you will identify and realise new business opportunities particularly around NHS/CCG and Local Authority commissioning as well as maximising current business opportunities including efficiency savings, maximising potential from our building and developing delivery improvement strategies. Other priority areas include identifying and realising business opportunities for supporting social investment, entrepreneurship and business growth for the creative sector and beyond.

This role is integral to our efforts to achieve maximum impact and financial sustainability going forward, in line with our new business plan and growth strategy.

Salary

£35,000 per annum. Fixed term for 2 years, F/T – 37 hours a week
