Job Opportunity: General Manager

We’re seeking a brilliantly organised and highly skilled General Manager, capable of multitasking and working efficiently to deliver the ambitious work of the company.

You’d be responsible for leading the organisation’s administrative function, managing and developing new systems, and contributing to our ambitious plans. Salary: £35,450 pro rata
Location: Based at the Little Keep in Dorchester, with some travel required.
Some flexibility for hybrid working, and all types of flexible working will be considered.
Work Pattern: 0.8 FTE (30 hours a week), usually daytimes with occasional evenings and weekends as required
Duration: This is a permanent role
Reports to: Chief Executive
Notice Period: Three months
Probation: The appointment is subject to a six-month probationary period.
Pension: Personal Pension with an employer contribution Member of the NEST Pension Scheme
Holidays: Annual leave entitlement of 30 working days plus bank holidays, prorated to a 0.8 FTE (24 days)
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS): clearance is required for this post.
Start Date: By 1 November 2024
Additional Benefits: Parking at The Little Keep in Dorchester Yearly individual allowance of £1000 for Continuing Professional Development
