We have an office available to rent at The Little Keep, a Grade II listed building in Dorchester located a short walk from the town centre and train stations.
The Little Keep houses several community and cultural organisations, and we're looking to rent the office to someone working in these sectors.
Rent includes free parking and use of the shared kitchen, toilet space and access to booking the meeting rooms at The Little Keep.
You will have a key to the office and the outer doors, and you will be able to access the office 24/7.
Please note, furniture or wifi is not included, and the office is located on the first floor and can only be accessed via a staircase.
The lease will run until the 20th June 2025

Rent £91.66 (VAT Exempt)
Service Charges £89.37 + VAT = £107.25
Monthly total £198.91
