Gas charges are calculated as a percentage of the monthly bills for the Little Keep based on square footage of the office(s) being rented. As a guide, summer charges have ranged between £15 + VAT and £45 + VAT and winter between £45 + VAT and £85 + VAT, but these can vary depending on the severity/length of the cold periods.
The lease period is for 1 year with 3 month notice period
